2024 Dues
Yankee Ridge 2024 are $150. Invoices will be mailed in April.
Rental Rules
Please be advised that effective 1/1/2015 Yankee Ridge HOA established new rules in regards to rental property within Yankee Ridge. Please reference these rules under our By-Laws, Rules and Declaration of Covenants section.
HOA Approval
As a reminder Yankee Ridge HOA right of first refusal must be obtained prior to closing on all Real Estate Transactions within our subdivision.
